Where's my order?

Once payment for your order is received, we'll send an order confirmation to the email address associated with your VistaPrint account. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email notification with a tracking number.

You can view your order status 24 hours a day from your Order History page:

 

  1. Sign in to your VistaPrint Account.

  2. Click My Account > Order History & Reorder.

  3. All of your orders to date are displayed.

  4. For each item in your order there is a Status banner that displays where the item currently is in the delivery process. This includes: 

    • Real-Time Status: For the most up-to-date tracking information, look for a banner on the right side of any item on your Order History & Reorder page. This provides real-time status updates, allowing you to track key milestones in the delivery process.
    • Item tracking history: Click the "Check status" link within the banner. This opens the item tracking history with detailed shipping information, including the current status of your package in the delivery process. This information is available for active orders up to 60 days after delivery.
    • Timestamped log: View a complete historical log of your item's journey, including production and shipping updates with real-time tracking updates.
    • Expected delivery date: Get an accurate estimate of when your item will arrive.
    • Quantity: Confirm the number of items that have been shipped. If your order is shipped in multiple packages, the historical trail will provide additional details about what to expect.
    • Tracking number: Access your tracking number by clicking on the item-level banner for detailed carrier updates. Your tracking number will be displayed at the top of the panel and will only be accessible once production is complete and the package is with the carrier.

 

Don't have a VistaPrint account?

Don't worry! You can still look up your order:

  1. Access the Find your order page.
  2. Enter your email address and order number and click Continue.

Note:  Email updates regarding the status and tracking of your order will also be sent after your order is placed.
